The Lobby Lounge menu features classic European cuisine. However, it is not our style to cook “like everywhere else” – all our dishes are signature versions. You will be amazed by the tender taste of our veal fillet with grilled vegetables, or chicken with spinach and potatoes, both cooked using a sous-vide technique. This is a method of cooking for a long time at low temperature in a vacuum, after which the meat simply melts in your mouth. And you are sure to be impressed by the unusual presentation of our pork fillets, wrapped in bacon with baked potatoes.
The restaurant only uses natural ingredients. Our chefs make the pasta, bake the bread, produce homemade ice cream with original flavors, and make jams and marmalades from the fruit and berries we grow in the garden in the Golf Resort’s grounds.
Our pastry chef’s desserts are a particular source of pride. Pie with saffron sauce and dark chocolate, thyme-flavored crème brûlée with lemon meringue and raspberry coulis, almond pie with pear and rosemary – no guest has been left unimpressed by our sweets.
