The restaurants in the Superior Golf & Spa Resort are, by right, considered some of the best in Kharkiv.

There are two restaurants in the grounds of the Golf Resort: the Lobby Lounge and Albatross, and also a seasonal pub for golfers, Glen Andrew’s Pub, and a special wellness bar in the Superior Spa.

Only in the Superior Golf Resort’s restaurants can you sample classic Ukrainian and European dishes in new, signature versions by virtuoso chefs and pastry chefs. Furthermore, here you will find a collection of French wines that is unique in the city.

The Albatross restaurant is situated in the Clubhouse. The spacious rooms, European-style interior, light-toned furnishings, panoramic windows with views of the spellbinding lake – all this gives guests a sense of freedom and ease.

In warm seasons, the Albatross restaurant opens its summer terrace. The luscious green golf course with its ornate landscape and the pure, fresh air can turn even a normal business lunch into wonderful outdoor leisure. And a romantic dinner out here is sure to be unforgettable.

In the wintertime, the real fireplace is lit every evening in the main room of the restaurant.

The Albatross restaurant has an unusual menu: you can sample our chefs’ signature versions of European and Ukrainian dishes. Ukrainian borscht or beetroot risotto, duck leg confit with caramelized figs or salmon with Chardonnay sauce – there is no dish that we do “like everywhere else”. And we could bravely call the presentation of our dishes culinary art.

The Albatross’s unique collection of French wines will amaze even the most sophisticated gastronomists. Bordeaux and Burgundies form the basis of the wine list, delivered directly from chateau cellars and stored in a special wine cellar. Besides wines from France, the wine list also features Italian, Spanish, Argentinian, Australian, South African, and Ukrainian wines. A professional sommelier looks after and presents the drinks.

You will also find the world’s best cigars and whiskies at the Albatross.

The Lobby Lounge restaurant is located in the Superior Hotel’s entrance hall and is open to guests 24 hours a day.

Flowing lines of Italian furniture, breezy décor, panoramic windows, and a unique 18-meter (60-foot) fireplace – the cozy dining room of the Lobby Lounge is a wonderful setting for a romantic breakfast, business lunch or celebratory dinner.

The menu features a large selection of European dishes: classic salads and snacks, homely pasta dishes, meat and fish delicacies, and desserts. We also have special children’s and wellness menus.

The restaurant’s desserts are a particular source of pride for the Superior. Delectable fondants and panna cotta, carrot, pumpkin and almond cakes, crème brûlée with thyme, signature tortes and unusual homemade ice cream with parmesan, cinnamon and lavender – our talented pastry chef brings each recipe to life.

And another secret: we make our jams, preserves and marmalades from the fruits and berries we lovingly grow in our own garden in the grounds of the Golf Resort.

Glen Andrew’s Pub is situated at the very heart of the golf course and is open during tournaments. Varied “quick” snacks, sandwiches, and light bites – there is everything here golfers need to recharge in the middle of competitions.

It is not just players who can enjoy the pub: if you book in advance, you can organize a party or picnic out here in the fresh air.
