Our pastry chef’s desserts are a particular source of pride for the Superior Golf Resort’s restaurants. We offer six cakes that are sure to become a highlight of any celebration:
- Passione Nera — an original cake made without flour. Chocolate and almond sponge cake with delicious mousse and berries.
- English Cheesecake — a mascarpone base with cream and egg yolk, almond shortbread pastry, fruits and berries.
- Fruit Fantasy — white sponge cake, light custard, cream and generous amounts of fruit.
- Superior — our signature cake, with chocolate meringue and hazelnuts, filled with orange mousse and cream.
- Black Forest — chocolate sponge with cherries, liqueur, cream, and chocolate.
- Esterházy — classic dessert, made without flour. A nutty layer with cashews and hazelnuts, custard, and condensed milk.
