- The Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required. We recommend that hotel guest arrive at the spa wearing the slippers and robe provided in the room, and suggest that valuables are left in the guest room safe.
- To ensure that you are not disturbed during the treatment, we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile devices.
- You can feel comfortable while undressing for body treatments. The professional will cover you and will leave opened only the part where he is working. However, if you are having peeling treatment, you would need to be undressed (wearing only bikini) for the best effect of the treatment.
- You would need to have a bathing suit to use swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna.
- We recommend taking shower prior to using swimming pool or having body treatments.
- To continue your Spa experience at home, products are available for purchase at the Spa reception.
- We would like you to have maximum comfort in our SPA. Very strong perfumery can distract you from relaxation.
- To feel comfortable during SPA treatment, we advise men to shave at least two hours prior to face treatments; for women we advise to have depilation at least one day prior to treatment
- Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity and limit your use of mobile devices as much as possible.
- The Spa is a non-smoking area as we care about your health.
- For the same reason, the use of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the facility.
- To ensure your safety, sport shoes are required in the Fitness Centre.
- Talking during SPA treatments can disturb the relaxation; try to enjoy the quietness and clear your mind while treating your body.
- All payments are done at the end of the treatment with the administrator only.

Safety guidelines
- Please refrain from using sauna after a heavy meal or fasting
- Do NOT use the sauna if you are pregnant, suffering from a heart disorder, have abnormal blood pressure or circulatory problems, are a diabetic, suffer from excess fluid retention, have a skin disorder that may be aggravated by heat or humidity, are suffering from a skin infection, have an open wound or have a respiratory disorder {e.g. cough, cold or flu}, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
- Please allow yourself time to get used to the heat gradually.
- To get the most out of sauna experience, it should last not less than 2 hours with at least 35 minutes in the steam room regardless of number of sessions.
- Always take a 2-4 minute soap-free shower with water t 35-38 C before using the sauna.
- To avoid overheating wearing a special sauna cap is recommended.
- For the first 5-7 minutes in a steam room keep horizontal position and refrain from abrupt movements.
- Time spent in a steam room can be increased to 10-15 min for the second visit and further.
- Allow yourself 10 min rest between steam sessions. This time is best spent drinking hot beverages while wrapped into a sauna sheet.
- To benefit your vessels cold experiences are recommended after second visit to a steam room.
- Use birch twigs on the second or third session to improve circulation
- Peeling or massage is extremely effective after steam room visits.
- Take a warm shower after the massage, have one last gentle steam session, and have a proper shower using natural soap.
- Exit immediately if feeling uncomfortable or dizzy. Checking your pulse might be useful. Thus, regular pulse being 60-80bpm, after 8 min in the sauna it may increase up to 110-120 bpm, after 12 min – up to 120-140 bpm, after resting period the pulse is usually around 80 bpm.

- To prepare your skin for bath experience taking a warm shower prior to it is recommended.
- Drinking warm herbal tea will increase sweating and improve efficiency of the procedure.
- While in a steam room try to position yourself horizontally, preferably with legs being higher than head. You might want to rest your legs against the wall.
- To get the most of the sauna experience, rub your body with a rough bath sponge or special mitten – it will improve circulation.
- It is highly recommended to take a refreshing shower the moment you start feeling pulsation from the heat in your temples. After the shower you can continue interrupted steam session.
