We aim to bring comfort and harmony to every guest of our Superior Spa; this is why we introduce the SPA etiquette to our guests.

  • The Spa will provide towels, slippers, shower caps and all amenities required. We recommend that hotel guest arrive at the spa wearing the slippers and robe provided in the room, and suggest that valuables are left in the guest room safe.
  • To ensure that you are not disturbed during the treatment, we kindly ask you to switch off your mobile devices.
  • You can feel comfortable while undressing for body treatments. The professional will cover you and will leave opened only the part where he is working. However, if you are having peeling treatment, you would need to be undressed (wearing only bikini) for the best effect of the treatment.
  • You would need to have a bathing suit to use swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna.
  • We recommend taking shower prior to using swimming pool or having body treatments.
  • To continue your Spa experience at home, products are available for purchase at the Spa reception.
  • We would like you to have maximum comfort in our SPA. Very strong perfumery can distract you from relaxation.
  • To feel comfortable during SPA treatment, we advise men to shave at least two hours prior to face treatments; for women we advise to have depilation at least one day prior to treatment
  • Our Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity and limit your use of mobile devices as much as possible.
  • The Spa is a non-smoking area as we care about your health.
  • For the same reason, the use of alcohol is strictly prohibited within the facility.
  • To ensure your safety, sport shoes are required in the Fitness Centre.
  • Talking during SPA treatments can disturb the relaxation; try to enjoy the quietness and clear your mind while treating your body.
  • All payments are done at the end of the treatment with the administrator only.
